Overview
Position Overview: This role involves unloading and receiving inbound trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment, contributing to feeding communities by ensuring timely product handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving products, recording code dates, and breaking down pallets according to procedures.
- Operating equipment such as forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and clamp machines for merchandise movement.
- Transporting pallets from the dock to appropriate aisles and maintaining efficiency to prevent backlogs.
- Performing equipment inspections and safe lifting of various case weights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum one year of sit-down forklift operation experience.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to community impact.
- Ability to follow material handling safety procedures.
