Overview
Role Overview: Support warehouse operations and distribution services, ensuring accurate product movement, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support efficient operations.
- Prepare shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and identify replenishment needs.
- Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions to ensure timely resolution.
- Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational issues for accurate warehouse visibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED required; associate's degree or related experience preferred.
- 3+ years in warehouse support, logistics, shipping, or inventory control.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, and safety practices.
- Ability to verify data accurately, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and support continuous improvement.
