Overview
Role Overview: This position supports third-party logistics operations within an ICS facility, focusing on warehouse management, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and oversee warehouse associates on duties, safety, and equipment use according to SOPs.
- Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, returns, and oversee shipping operations.
- Provide daily guidance to staff, manage workloads, and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Manage inventory levels, utilize motorized equipment like forklifts, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Participate in supervision tasks such as scheduling and addressing associate concerns.
- Use computer systems for operations and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to read, understand English, and perform basic math.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience operating reach trucks, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Ability to work overtime, maintain safety standards, and collaborate effectively.
