Overview
Role Overview: Support distribution services within a pharmaceutical or merchandise warehouse environment, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- Performing daily cycle counts and researching discrepancies.
- Using equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution.
- Maintaining a clean work environment to ensure safety and product integrity.
- Verifying received products against documentation and noting damages or discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in climate-controlled settings, read and understand English, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
- Preferred experience with warehouse operations and RF scanning equipment.
Additional Information: Compensation starts at $21.00/hour with a shift differential for equipment-driving experience.
