Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager responsible for optimizing end-to-end planning across transportation and warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory planning, and S&OP for key customers and networks.
- Use data, analytics, and advanced planning tools to balance service levels, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with operations, transportation, and commercial teams to align plans and execution.
- Lead, manage, and develop a supply chain planning team.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and automation.
- Support strategic initiatives that enhance supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong supply chain planning background with expertise in S&OP, forecasting, capacity, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and advanced planning/analytics tools.
- Leadership capability to coach and develop a planning team.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying Lean and automation.
