Overview
Role: Full-time Bobtail Driver delivering propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre and post-trip truck inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Safely load, deliver, and unload propane into bulk trucks and customer tanks.
- Provide exceptional customer service across diverse client types.
- Accurately complete driver logs, invoices, and related paperwork.
- Maintain Department of Transportation safety standards and environmental safety requirements.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and managers.
- Conduct visual tank inspections, record issues, and notify dispatch.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Class A or B license with Tank, Hazmat, and Air Brake endorsements.
- DOT medical certification.
- Minimum of two years’ tanker or Bobtail truck driving experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle vehicle controls.
- Excellent vision and communication skills.
- Clean driving record and pass drug test and background check.
