Overview
Role Overview: Supports distribution services by performing warehouse duties such as receiving, picking, staging orders, inventory management, and returns. Uses RF devices, operates equipment like forklifts, and ensures merchandise accuracy and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify received merchandise against shipments and report discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and assemble customer orders based on specifications.
- Enter data into computer systems, inspect returned items, and conduct inventory counts.
- Assist with controlled substance handling and operate motorized equipment as certified.
- Help train new associates and perform related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ years of experience.
- Basic reading, math, and computer skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work safely, maintain cleanliness, and operate equipment with proper certification.
- Flexible to work overtime and participate in physical inventory tasks.
