Plant Technician (On-site)
Run, monitor, and maintain high-speed production and packaging lines for beauty products, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
Key Duties
- Perform equipment setups, start-ups, and changeovers.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting to keep lines running efficiently.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
- Inspect products and verify compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
- Document line performance and support root-cause problem solving.
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and process optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on technical ability with production/packaging equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety, GMP, and quality requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
- Attention to detail for product inspection and documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset with ownership, learning, and continuous improvement focus.
