Position Overview
Our focus is to support local communities by ensuring efficient material handling in a warehouse environment. As a Cross Dock, you will operate an electric pallet jack to load, unload, and move materials for shipment, maintaining flow from staging to designated doors, and ensuring load quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate electric riding pallet jack
- Assist with unloading trailers
- Manage pallet flow and load quality
- Prioritize tasks within assigned zone
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
Qualifications & Skills
- Attendance and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Initiative, productivity, safety awareness, and strong values
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Stand, walk, bend, lift (1-60+ lbs.), and handle sharp objects
- Work on various surfaces and at different heights
- Perform repetitive physical tasks up to 90% of shift
