Overview
Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Preparing shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements.
- Reconciling inventory discrepancies and monitoring stock levels to maintain inventory integrity.
- Investigating damaged shipments and operational issues for timely resolution.
- Documenting shipment statuses, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for accurate warehouse visibility.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Knowledge: Ability to verify data accurately, support continuous improvement, and manage shifting priorities. Certification in supply chain management is a plus.
