Overview
HVAC Data Center Truck Based Service Manager to lead field service teams supporting critical data center HVAC and cooling systems. Coordinate truck-based service operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Key duties
- Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for data center HVAC/cooling equipment
- Coordinate service activities, manage resources, and ensure high service performance
- Drive safe work practices and compliance with quality standards
- Coach and develop technicians; support consistent, high-quality workmanship
- Provide strong customer service and maintain effective customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes
Required qualifications & skills
- Hands-on HVAC knowledge with an emphasis on critical environments
- Experience leading or managing field service teams
- Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities for HVAC/cooling systems
- Ability to coordinate operations, prioritize tasks, and manage service performance
