We are seeking a dependable and proactive HGV driver for our busy Chalford branch.
Main duties include delivering building materials locally, maintaining vehicles, assisting with loading/unloading, and serving customers. Applicants must hold a valid Cat C or C1 licence for at least 2 years, along with digital tachograph cards and a current CPC licence. HIAB licence is desirable but not essential. The role offers a salary from £31,500 per annum, with 45-hour weekly shifts Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings on rota. Key responsibilities involve ensuring vehicle maintenance, compliance with driving laws, providing high customer service, and supporting yard operations.
