We are seeking a reliable and skilled Removal Lorry Driver to safely transport customers' belongings across the UK, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Drive various-sized vehicles (Luton van, 7.5t, 12t, or 18t lorries) for domestic removals nationwide.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
Load and unload items securely, maintaining proper load safety.
Communicate effectively with the office and customers regarding schedules and delays.
Follow all traffic regulations and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements include a valid C-class license, experience preferred, strong safety knowledge, good time management, and communication skills. Ability to lift heavy items is essential.
This full-time, permanent role offers £14.50 per hour, with at least 40 hours weekly, tips, free parking, and a day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Work involves in-person duties, emphasizing safety and customer satisfaction.
