We are seeking an experienced Precast HGV Class 2 Driver & Crane Operator to transport and install precast concrete products at construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and high safety standards.
Transport materials safely to various sites, operating a Class 2 HGV and maintaining the vehicle. Assist with loading/unloading using appropriate equipment, ensuring loads are secure. Offload and fit precast products onsite with a lorry-mounted crane, tailored to customer needs. Plan routes efficiently, considering site conditions and deadlines. Maintain professional communication with clients, providing updates and managing issues. Follow health and safety regulations, complete daily vehicle checks, and report faults. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and logs. Requirements:
Valid UK HGV Class 2 license and CPC qualification. Previous HGV driving experience, especially with construction materials. Physical fitness for lifting and assisting with loads. Good communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of local routes. Benefits include:
