Overview
PIT Operator (Warehouse)
Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., reach trucks and order pickers) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will move, load, and unload pallets, stage and replenish inventory, and assist with order fulfillment while meeting performance and accuracy goals.
Key Duties
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
- Stage, replenish, and move inventory to support order fulfillment
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to pick, track, and confirm inventory
- Perform required equipment inspections and report issues
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement

- Experience operating PIT equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to meet productivity and accuracy expectations
- Comfort using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems
- Good teamwork and attention to detail
