Overview
Role Overview: An experienced Bus Driver responsible for providing safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services.
Key Responsibilities: Operate vehicles safely by following designated routes and schedules, adhere to safety protocols and traffic laws, assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, perform vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be 21 or older with at least 3 years of driving experience, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work flexible shifts. Must pass DOT drug testing and physical exams.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather, sit for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle environmental exposures such as dust and fumes. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
