Overview
Responsibilities
- Trim, assemble, and test plastic doors and related components to meet production specifications.
- Use deburring, grinding, drilling, and buffing tools to prepare and finish parts.
- Inspect components for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate testing fixtures to verify part performance and workmanship.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow safe work practices and established procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools for fabrication and finishing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail for inspection and specification compliance.
- Comfort operating testing fixtures and performing quality checks.
- Basic understanding of production documentation and recordkeeping.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to shop-floor procedures.
