Overview
Coastal Elite Pro is looking for a proactive Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the scheduling and coordination of transport operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of logistics management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations for truck drivers and transport vehicles
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Monitor vehicle performance and driver compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and vendors to coordinate pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly
- Train and mentor dispatch staff to improve efficiency and safety standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics management
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office programs
