Overview

Role: A Class A Linehaul Driver responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles primarily during overnight hours, ensuring timely terminal-to-terminal or relay point deliveries, with occasional customer pickups or freight handling.


Responsibilities: Drive safely, load/unload freight, secure cargo, inspect vehicles, comply with federal regulations including hazardous materials transport, maintain accurate logs, and adhere to company policies and safety standards. May assist with freight handling using dock tools and perform vehicle inspections.


Qualifications & Skills: Minimum two years of interstate driving experience or one year plus approved training, valid driver’s license with hazardous material endorsement (or ability to obtain), clean driving record, pass DOT physical, drug, and alcohol tests, and demonstrate a stable work history. Must meet all legal and safety requirements, including background checks, PSP review, and consent to driver-facing event recorders.


Key Duties: Operate in compliance with federal and state regulations, maintain safety standards, perform vehicle inspections, and support company safety initiatives. A dependable, cooperative attitude and adherence to safety and operational policies are essential.
