Overview
Role: Truck driver hauling flatbed freight using company trucks across the Midwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Haul “no-touch” freight and handle assigned loads according to requirements.
- Perform required tarping for weather protection.
- Secure loads properly using standard load securement procedures.
- Follow route guidance and comply with all safety and operational policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid commercial driver credentials required to operate Class-specific vehicles.
- Experience driving in freight transportation environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tarping and load securement practices for flatbed loads.
- Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and professional driving habits.
- Ability to operate modern automatic trucks reliably and efficiently.
