Overview
Bale Room Technician needed to support production of client-facing print and advocacy materials in a hands-on environment.
Key duties:
- Operate and monitor baling and material-handling equipment
- Prepare, stage, and organize printed and packaging materials for outbound distribution
- Ensure accurate sorting, bundling, and outbound preparation
- Track inventory and maintain proper material flow
- Follow strict safety and quality procedures
- Complete and maintain detailed production records
- Maintain a clean, efficient workspace and support a collaborative team
