HGV Class C removal driver

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Removal Lorry Driver to join our team on a full-time basis.

Drive various sized vehicles (Luton van, 7.5 to 18 tonne lorries) across the UK for domestic removals.

Perform safety checks before and after trips, ensuring vehicle compliance.

Load and unload belongings, securing loads properly for safe transport.

Communicate effectively with the office and customers about schedules and delays.

Follow all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of safety.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing client questions or concerns.

Requirements: Valid commercial driving license (C), clean driving record, relevant experience preferred, strong safety knowledge, good time management, communication skills, and ability to lift heavy items.

Details: Pay is £14.50/hour, with a minimum of 40 hours/week. Benefits include free parking. Schedule is day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. Work involves in-person tasks, with no mention of remote work.
