We are seeking a full-time HGV Class 1 Driver (Tramper) based at Heysham LA3 to join our medium-sized general haulage team.
Responsible for delivering goods via tautliner and flatbed, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Work mainly daytime shifts Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime. Role includes working 15-hour shifts when needed and complying with Tacho regulations. Preferably experienced with flatbed work and holding an ADR license; day drivers willing to lie out nights are considered. Ensures vehicle and personal cleanliness, maintains accurate documentation, and provides excellent customer service. Compensation starts from £39,000 annually, plus a quarterly bonus. Benefits include on-site parking and a company pension after probation.
