HGV Class C removal driver

Overview

We are seeking a reliable Removal Lorry Driver to safely transport customers' belongings across the UK.

Drive various vehicles including Luton vans and up to 18-tonne lorries for domestic removals.

Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure loads are properly secured.

Load and unload items, providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries.

Maintain compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with the office and customers regarding schedules and delays.

Requirements: Valid commercial driving licence (C), experience in removals preferred, strong safety knowledge, good communication skills, and ability to lift heavy items.

Details: Full-time, permanent position at £14.50/hour, with at least 40 hours/week, working days Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Benefits include free parking. Schedule is day shifts.
