Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and proactive HGV driver to join our busy Chalford branch.

Main duties include

  • delivering building materials locally
  • maintaining company vehicles
  • assisting yard operatives with loading, unloading, and customer service
    • . Candidates must have a valid Cat C or C1 licence held for at least 2 years, digital tachograph cards, and a current CPC licence. A HIAB licence is desirable but not essential.

    The role offers a salary from £31,500 per annum, with basic hours Monday to Friday (7:00-16:30) and Saturday mornings on a rota. Benefits include company-sponsored events, ongoing CPC training, and potential HIAB and forklift training. The position involves delivering building materials, ensuring vehicle and customer service standards, completing paperwork, and adhering to safety and driving regulations.
