Overview
Shipping & Receiving Associate supports store and e-commerce operations by managing the movement of merchandise from inbound delivery to outbound shipment. Key duties include unloading deliveries, verifying and processing incoming goods, preparing and packing outbound shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized stockroom that follows brand visual standards.
The role requires accurate use of inventory systems to track product flow, monitor discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts. You will partner with store and merchandising teams to help ensure product availability, safeguard inventory accuracy, and support an efficient, customer-focused retail environment.
Responsibilities
