CDL Residential Driver
Safely operate residential waste and recycling collection vehicles on assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate pickup of containers while maintaining a professional, customer-focused presence in the community.
Key Duties
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Follow all DOT regulations and strict safety standards.
- Navigate routes efficiently and manage daily route execution.
- Load and secure materials using proper lifting and loading techniques.
- Interact professionally with customers and respond appropriately to route needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of collected services and container handling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsement(s) to operate collection vehicles.
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Good route navigation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physically demanding loading tasks safely.
- Reliable recordkeeping and documentation skills.
