Overview
Plant Maintenance Technician to support construction materials operations at a facility. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient production, including conveyors, crushers, mixers, and motors.
Key Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct basic welding and fabrication as needed for repairs and modifications
- Apply lubrication and complete equipment adjustments
- Work collaboratively with a safety-focused team
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on maintenance experience working with industrial equipment
- Proficiency with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to perform basic welding/fabrication and apply lubrication procedures
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
