Overview
Maintenance Intern to support equipment reliability in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians with routine equipment inspections and basic mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Perform lubrication and support equipment changeovers on corrugated packaging and paperboard production lines.
- Help troubleshoot downtime issues under close supervision.
- Support preventive maintenance activities to improve uptime and performance.
- Update maintenance records in a CMMS and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Follow strict safety and 5S standards throughout all tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Willingness to learn and work safely in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, organization, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to follow procedures and assist with troubleshooting and maintenance documentation.
