Overview
OTR Van Driver – Class A
Operate Class A tractor-trailers on multi-day routes supporting environmental and industrial service operations across North America. Transport materials and equipment between customer sites and company facilities while maintaining strict compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
Key Duties
- Safely drive Class A vehicles and secure freight in transit.
- Complete DOT-compliant pre-trip inspections, inspections, and required logs.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies and protocols.
- Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to support service operations.
- Represent the organization’s commitments to safety, integrity, and environmental protection.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Class A CDL with ability to operate tractor-trailers safely.
- Strong knowledge of DOT inspection and log requirements.
- Ability to properly secure freight and handle materials safely.
- Attention to detail for paperwork accuracy and compliance.
- Professional communication and coordination skills with dispatch and field teams.
