Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A vehicle and follow all traffic and DOT requirements
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues
- Maintain ELD-compliant logs and required documentation
- Secure and properly handle specialized, heavy freight
- Communicate with dispatch and coordinate load details
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers
- Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Strong safety mindset and knowledge of DOT regulations
- Ability to inspect equipment and ensure compliance
- Experience or comfort with ELD logging
- Attention to detail for securement and handling of oversize/overweight freight
- Reliable communication and customer-focused professionalism
