Overview
Remount Technician needed to hands-on rebuild and upgrade ambulance vehicles in a safety-focused shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove, refurbish, and remount ambulance bodies onto new chassis.
- Install and integrate lighting, electrical, oxygen, and safety systems.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and fabrication work to complete vehicle builds.
- Inspect and verify vehicles meet required NFPA, DOT, and OEM standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ambulance or similar vehicle remount/rebuild processes.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical installation, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to safety and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
