Overview
Join a team dedicated to feeding communities by supporting warehouse operations as a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating stand-up forklift/reach trucks to transport merchandise within the warehouse
- Tracking inventory accurately using handheld devices
- Stacking, rotating, and replenishing products to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Occasional lifting of items weighing 1-60 lbs, including overhead and floor-level handling
Qualifications and skills:
- One or more years of material handling equipment experience, especially reach truck/stand-up forklift operation
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting community-focused work
- High school diploma or GED
