Overview
Position Overview: This role involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs.
Responsibilities include assisting with pallet buildup and breakdown, serving as a liaison with ULD repair vendors, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills: No formal education or experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuver packages of any weight using proper equipment or help. Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, and work in all weather conditions, including climbing stairs and ladders if needed. Effective communication in noisy environments and successful completion of training are essential.
Job Conditions: Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a drug screen. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe operation of motorized conveyances.
Compensation: Pay range is $21.91/hr - $25.97/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and educational assistance for eligible employees.
