Overview
Role Overview: This position is responsible for leading Oracle Procurement & Supply Chain Technology projects, including strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to information technology, operations, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle projects, overseeing process design, package implementation, and lifecycle support.
- Serve as Solution Architect for Oracle Field Service, Maintenance, and Supply Chain workstreams.
- Lead client engagement activities, including process mapping, project reviews, and advisory support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new project opportunities and support business development through proposals and presentations.
- Develop and mentor team members, ensuring competency growth and project success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of eight years' experience in Oracle implementations or business process improvement, especially in Field Service.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Field Service, full lifecycle implementation, and Oracle implementation methodologies.
- Strong client service orientation with proven leadership, project management, and business development skills.
- Ability to travel extensively as needed.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
