Role Overview: As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you will work in a collaborative environment to provide top-tier customer service by performing preventive vehicle maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will teach you skills such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light and wiper inspections, and an 18-point safety check.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
- Assist in vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability, with no late-night or holiday work.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow training materials, safety procedures, and operational instructions.
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
