Role Overview: As a Vehicle Service Specialist, you'll provide top-tier customer service and perform preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will teach you to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and conduct an 18-point safety check.
Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service, perform maintenance tasks, and ensure vehicle safety standards are met.
Qualifications & Skills: Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, ability to read and understand training materials, and fluency in English. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
