Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on maintaining temperature-sensitive materials, inventory accuracy, and efficient material handling. It involves monitoring conditions, updating transaction records, identifying damaged or non-conforming items, and coordinating material movement using warehouse equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring storage conditions to preserve product integrity.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and shipment documentation.
- Handling on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials following established procedures.
- Supporting safe and efficient material flow with warehouse equipment.
- Preparing packaging and shipment areas for outbound activities.
- Escalating issues related to inventory or handling anomalies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and temperature-sensitive handling.
- Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support timely order fulfillment.
