Key responsibilities include:
- Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records.
- Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
- Preparing dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for accurate processing.
- Reviewing routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle routes.
- Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
- Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse activities, logistics documentation, and operational systems.
- Ability to process routine activities, analyze basic data, and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal and external contacts.
Preferred: Certification such as CSCP.
Compensation: Starting at $24.66/hr, up to $28.23/hr with incentives, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
