Overview
Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on the handling, storage, and shipment of temperature-sensitive materials to ensure product integrity and traceability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature conditions of materials during storage and shipment preparation.
- Update inventory records, warehouse transactions, and shipment documentation accurately.
- Identify and route damaged or non-conforming items following established procedures.
- Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment to support efficient operations.
- Prepare packaging and shipment areas to facilitate timely outbound logistics.
- Escalate inventory or handling issues promptly to ensure resolution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and temperature-sensitive handling.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk up to 8 miles per shift.
- Nice-to-have: experience with RF scanning equipment and distribution environments.
