Overview
Role: Full-time Bobtail Driver responsible for safely delivering propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Sutherlin, OR, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proper pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
- Safely load, deliver, and unload propane into bulk trucks and customer tanks.
- Provide excellent customer service across diverse client types.
- Accurately complete logs, forms, invoices, and reports.
- Adhere to Department of Transportation safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain communication with dispatchers and managers.
- Perform visual tank inspections and report issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Class A or B license with Tank, Hazmat, and Air Brake endorsements.
- DOT medical certificate.
- Minimum two years of tanker or Bobtail truck driving experience.
- Ability to handle, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
- Strong visual and physical capabilities, including close, distance, and peripheral vision.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass drug test and background check.
