Overview
Role: CDL Solo & Team OTR Drivers responsible for transporting freight across designated Midwest routes, with no East or West Coast travel.
Responsibilities: Safely operate newer trucks equipped with safety and comfort features, perform repetitive lane driving, and maintain high safety standards. Manage loaded and empty miles, utilize E-Logs and scanners, and adhere to routing protocols. Provide excellent service with no-touch freight and predominantly drop-and-hook deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatch and participate in passenger programs when applicable.
Qualifications and Skills: Hold a valid Class A CDL with at least 24 months of recent, verifiable OTR experience across multiple states. Must be committed to safety, reliability, and teamwork. Strong communication skills are essential.
