Overview
Role Overview: We are seeking Class A CDL Solo & Team OTR Drivers to operate refrigerated dry vans across designated lanes without East or West Coast travel. Drivers will be responsible for delivering freight safely and efficiently, with a focus on safety, comfort, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate newer trucks with safety and comfort features, including refrigerators and inverters.
- Complete repetitive routes with minimal touch freight (90% drop & hook, 100% no-touch freight).
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Utilize onboard technology such as E-Logs and scanners.
- Participate in passenger programs and adhere to dispatch instructions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Class A CDL license.
- Minimum of 24 months of recent verifiable OTR driving experience across multiple states.
- Strong safety record and commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- Ability to operate large commercial vehicles and navigate assigned routes.
