Overview
Role: Full-time Bobtail Driver responsible for safe propane delivery to residential, commercial, and industrial customers in Sutherlin, OR, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform proper pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
- Safely load, deliver, and unload propane into bulk trucks and customer tanks.
- Provide excellent customer service across diverse client types.
- Accurately complete driver logs, invoices, and required paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with DOT safety standards and environmental safety requirements.
- Maintain communication with dispatchers and management.
- Conduct visual tank inspections and report issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Class A or B license with Tank, Hazmat, and Air Brake endorsements.
- DOT medical certification.
- At least two years of tanker or Bobtail truck driving experience.
- Ability to handle tools, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent vision and physical agility, including climbing and balancing.
- Clean driving record and pass drug testing and background check.
